gdb99 Terms & Conditions — Rules Governing Your Account

1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the gdb99 website, mobile site, and all associated services accessible at gdb99.io.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by you on the gdb99 Platform.
• "Player" or "You" means any individual who has registered an Account or who accesses any part of the Platform.
• "gdb99" or "We" or "Us" means the operator of the gdb99 Platform and all affiliated entities responsible for the provision of services described herein.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in your Account at any given time, including real-money deposits and any bonus credits separately designated as such.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins value, cashback, or other non-cash benefit credited to your Account by gdb99 pursuant to a promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus Fund amount must be wagered before it or any associated winnings may be withdrawn as real money.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before withdrawals are processed.
• "BDT" or "৳" means Bangladeshi Taka, the currency used for all financial transactions on the Platform.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register an Account and use the gdb99 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. gdb99 strictly prohibits access by individuals under the age of 21. This age threshold applies regardless of the age of majority in any other jurisdiction.
• You must be a human individual acting on your own behalf. Registration by corporations, trusts, or automated systems is not permitted.
• You must not already hold an existing active Account on the gdb99 Platform. Each individual is entitled to one Account only. Duplicate accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh.
• You must not be a person who has previously been excluded or suspended from the gdb99 Platform for any reason, including voluntary self-exclusion.
• You confirm that you are not acting as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party, and that all funds deposited are from legitimate sources and belong solely to you.

gdb99 reserves the right to refuse any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

3 Account Management

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your gdb99 Login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances. gdb99 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.

You must notify gdb99 support immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party. gdb99 may, at its discretion, temporarily freeze your Account while an investigation is conducted. You must ensure that all personal information held on your Account remains accurate and current. Failure to maintain accurate details may delay KYC verification and withdrawal processing.

gdb99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any Account at any time if it determines, in its reasonable judgment, that the Account holder has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or poses a risk of fraud, money laundering, or other illicit activity.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the gdb99 Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum Deposit: ৳100 via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay mobile wallets. Deposits via Visa or Mastercard are also accepted subject to the limits stated in the cashier section of your Account.
• Deposit Processing: Mobile wallet deposits are typically credited to your Account balance within 60 seconds of confirmation. gdb99 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or network interruptions.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawals are processed within 15–30 minutes of a valid withdrawal request, provided that KYC verification is complete and no suspicious activity flag is active on the Account.
• KYC Requirement: gdb99 reserves the right to request identity documents — including a national identity card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification — before processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled.
• Source of Funds: You warrant that all funds deposited into your Account originate from legitimate sources and that you are the rightful owner of the payment method used. gdb99 complies with applicable anti-money laundering obligations and may report suspicious transactions as required by law.
• Withdrawal to Original Method: Where possible, gdb99 will process withdrawals to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. gdb99 reserves the right to request additional verification if the withdrawal method differs from the deposit method.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

gdb99 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, which supplement these general Terms. In the event of a conflict between a promotion-specific term and these Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail for that promotion only.

• Bonus Funds are credited separately from real-money balance and are subject to Wagering Requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable funds.
• Wagering Requirements, time limits, minimum odds, maximum bet sizes, and eligible game contributions vary by promotion and are stated in the specific terms of each offer.
• gdb99 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, subject to applicable law.
• Players who are found to have abused, exploited, or manipulated any bonus offer — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated group play, or systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed to extract bonus value — will have their bonuses voided, associated winnings forfeited, and their Account suspended pending investigation.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise. Accepting a new bonus while one is already active may result in the existing bonus being forfeited.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the gdb99 Platform are final once confirmed. gdb99 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a confirmed bet or wager. Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical dealing and spinning under monitored conditions. gdb99 does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.

In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or system error that affects the outcome of a bet or game round, gdb99 reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the stake to the Player's Account. gdb99's decision in such matters is final. For sports betting markets, gdb99 reserves the right to suspend, void, or settle markets in accordance with its published sports betting rules, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and betting markets. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface and may be altered by gdb99 at any time, including in respect of individual player accounts where risk management requires it.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the gdb99 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or display glitches. Any winnings derived from a known or apparent software error are void and must be returned.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or share information in live poker or table games.
• Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, or registering multiple Accounts.
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the gdb99 Platform or its software.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abusive language, or threatening behaviour toward gdb99 staff or other players through any communication channel.

8 Responsible Gaming

gdb99 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and provides the following tools to all registered players through the Account management section:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits may be set and take effect immediately upon activation. Increases to limits are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Players may set limits on the amount they are willing to lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Timed alerts can be configured to notify players when they have been active for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: A temporary account restriction of between 24 hours and 6 weeks may be activated at any time.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may apply for self-exclusion for a minimum of 6 months or permanently. During self-exclusion, the Account is locked and cannot be reopened for the duration of the exclusion period.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the gdb99 Platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game assets, audio, video, and user interface designs — is the intellectual property of gdb99 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the gdb99 Platform without prior written consent from gdb99. Any unauthorised use of gdb99's intellectual property may result in civil or criminal liability under applicable law.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gdb99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

gdb99's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. gdb99 does not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

The gdb99 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. gdb99 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.

11 Privacy & Data

gdb99 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.

gdb99 uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and the Platform. Account data is stored on secure servers with access restricted to authorised personnel only. gdb99 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and regulatory authorities as required to operate the Platform and comply with applicable law.

12 Amendments & Termination

gdb99 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, gdb99 will provide reasonable notice via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must stop using the Platform and request Account closure before the revised Terms take effect.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting gdb99 support. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your Account (subject to pending KYC verification) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method. Bonus Funds that have not yet met their Wagering Requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.

gdb99 may terminate or suspend your Account immediately and without prior notice if it reasonably determines that you have breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or that continued operation of your Account presents a legal, regulatory, or financial risk. In such cases, gdb99 will inform you of the reason for termination as soon as it is lawful and practicable to do so.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through gdb99's internal complaints process should be directed to gdb99 support in the first instance. gdb99 is committed to resolving all disputes fairly and in a timely manner.
